Steffen Bauer is a senior researcher at German Development Institute / Deutsches Institut für Entwicklungspolitik (DIE) in Bonn, Germany, and head of DIE’s Klimalog project: Research and dialogue for a cliamte-smart and just transformation (www.klimalog.info). He is also a senior research fellow and member of the Scientific Steering Committee of the Earth System Governance (ESG) Project www.earthsystemgovernance.org).
